महेश्वर यथा साक्षादपरस्त्वं महेश्वरः । ततः स्मयन्महादेवो जयेति भुवने श्रुतः
maheśvara yathā sākṣādaparastvaṃ maheśvaraḥ | tataḥ smayanmahādevo jayeti bhuvane śrutaḥ
“மகேஸ்வரனே! நீர் நேரே பரமன்; உம்மைத் தவிர வேறொருவன் இல்லை, மகேஸ்வரனே.” அப்போது மகாதேவன் புன்னகையுடன் ‘ஜய’ என்று உரைத்தான்—அது உலகமெங்கும் ஒலித்தது.
