तन्नाशकृपया देवो नानास्थानेषु सोऽगमत् । तावत्पस्यति पृष्ठस्तमाकृष्य धनुषः शरम्
tannāśakṛpayā devo nānāsthāneṣu so'gamat | tāvatpasyati pṛṣṭhastamākṛṣya dhanuṣaḥ śaram
அவனை அழிக்க வேண்டாமெனும் கருணையால் தேவர் பல இடங்களுக்குச் சென்றார்; ஆனாலும் பின்னால் அவனைத் தொடர்ந்து கண்டார்—வில்லிலிருந்து அம்பை இழுத்துக் கொண்டிருந்தவனை।
