तांश्च त्रस्तान्समालोक्य श्रुत्वा स चतुरो हतान् । सारथिं प्रेरयामास याहींद्रं लघु संगरे
tāṃśca trastānsamālokya śrutvā sa caturo hatān | sārathiṃ prerayāmāsa yāhīṃdraṃ laghu saṃgare
அவர்களை அச்சமுற்றவர்களாகக் கண்டு, நால்வர் கொல்லப்பட்டனர் என்று கேட்டு, தைத்தியராஜன் சாரதியிடம்—“போர்க்களத்தில் விரைந்து இந்திரனை நோக்கிச் செலுத்து!” என்று ஆணையிட்டான்।
