तदद्भुतं महद्दृष्ट्वा जगर्जुर्दैत्यसत्तमाः । नैतान्हर्षमदोद्धूतानिदं सेहे जगत्तदा
tadadbhutaṃ mahaddṛṣṭvā jagarjurdaityasattamāḥ | naitānharṣamadoddhūtānidaṃ sehe jagattadā
அந்த மாபெரும் அதிசயத்தைப் பார்த்துத் தைத்தியச் சிறந்தோர் உரக்கக் கர்ஜித்தனர். மகிழ்ச்சி, மதம், அகந்தை ஆகியவற்றால் மயங்கி தம்மைத் தாமே அடக்க இயலவில்லை; அந்நேரம் அவர்களின் பேருவகையை உலகமே தாங்க இயலாததுபோல் இருந்தது.
