मथनं दशभिश्चैव शुम्भं पंचभिरेव च । शतेन महिषं क्रुद्धो विव्याधोरसि माधवः
mathanaṃ daśabhiścaiva śumbhaṃ paṃcabhireva ca | śatena mahiṣaṃ kruddho vivyādhorasi mādhavaḥ
கோபமுற்ற மாதவன் மத்தனனை பத்து அம்புகளாலும், சும்பனை ஐந்து அம்புகளாலும், மகிஷனை நூறு அம்புகளால் மார்பில் துளைத்தான்।
