ब्रह्मदत्तश्च पांचाल्यो राजा बुद्धिमतां वरः । निधिं शंखं द्विजाग्र्येभ्यो दत्त्वा स्वर्गमवाप्तवान्
brahmadattaśca pāṃcālyo rājā buddhimatāṃ varaḥ | nidhiṃ śaṃkhaṃ dvijāgryebhyo dattvā svargamavāptavān
பாஞ்சால அரசன் பிரஹ்மதத்தன், ஞானிகளில் முதன்மை உடையவன்; இருபிறப்போரின் சிறந்தோர்க்கு ‘சங்கு’ எனும் நிதியைத் தானமளித்து ஸ்வர்க்கம் அடைந்தான்.
