शिरांसि केषाचिदपातयद्रथाद्भुजांस्तथा सारथींस्चोग्रवेगान् । कांश्चित्पिपेषाथरथस्य वेगात्कांश्चित्तथात्यद्भुतमुष्टिपातैः
śirāṃsi keṣācidapātayadrathādbhujāṃstathā sārathīṃscogravegān | kāṃścitpipeṣātharathasya vegātkāṃścittathātyadbhutamuṣṭipātaiḥ
சிலரின் தலைகளை அவன் ரதத்திலிருந்து கீழே வீழ்த்தினான்; சிலரின் கரங்களையும், வேகமிகு சாரதிகளையும் கூட துண்டித்தான். சிலரை ரதத்தின் வேகத்தால் நசுக்கினான்; சிலரை வியப்பூட்டும் குத்துவீச்சுகளால் வீழ்த்தினான்.
