bhagnadaṃtā bhinnakuṃbhāśchinnadīrghamahākarāḥ | gajāḥ śailanibhāḥ peturdharaṇyāṃ rudhirasravāḥ

மலைபோன்ற யானைகள்—தந்தங்கள் முறிந்து, கும்பஸ்தலங்கள் பிளந்து, நீண்ட வலிய துதிக்கைகள் துண்டிக்கப்பட்டு—இரத்தம் சொட்டச் சொட்ட பூமியில் விழுந்தன.
