श्रिया तेषां च किं कार्यं समृद्धानां तथापि यत् । जातिधर्मेण चाभेद्या विधातुरपि ते मताः
śriyā teṣāṃ ca kiṃ kāryaṃ samṛddhānāṃ tathāpi yat | jātidharmeṇa cābhedyā vidhāturapi te matāḥ
அவர்கள் ஏற்கனவே செல்வச் செழிப்பில் இருக்கையில், அவர்களுக்கு மேலும் செல்வம் கொடுத்தால் என்ன பயன்? அவர்கள் தம் ஜாதி-தர்மத்தினால் மாற்றமறியாதவர்கள் எனக் கருதப்படுகின்றனர்—விதாதாவிற்கும் கூட.
