तारक उवाच । राज्येन बुद्बुदाभेन स्त्रीभिरक्षैश्च पानकैः । मोहितो जन्म लब्ध्वात्र त्यजते पौरुषं नरः
tāraka uvāca | rājyena budbudābhena strībhirakṣaiśca pānakaiḥ | mohito janma labdhvātra tyajate pauruṣaṃ naraḥ
தாரகன் கூறினான்—குமிழிபோல் நிலையற்ற அரசாட்சியாலும், பெண்களாலும், சூதாட்டத்தாலும், மதுபானத்தாலும் மயங்கிய மனிதன், இவ்வுலகில் பிறந்தும் தன் வீரநெறியைத் துறக்கிறான்।
