आहारमिच्छन्स्वां भार्यां न ददर्शाश्रमे स्वके । भार्याहीनोऽफलश्चेति स संचिंत्य इतस्ततः
āhāramicchansvāṃ bhāryāṃ na dadarśāśrame svake | bhāryāhīno'phalaśceti sa saṃciṃtya itastataḥ
உணவு வேண்டி தன் ஆசிரமத்தில் தன் மனைவியை அவன் காணவில்லை. ‘மனைவி இன்றேல் நான் பயனற்றவன்’ என்று எண்ணி அவன் இங்கும் அங்கும் மீண்டும் மீண்டும் சிந்தித்தான்.
