वरांगीति च नामास्याः कृतवांश्च पितामहः । जगाम च ततो ब्रह्मा कश्यपेन समं दिवम्
varāṃgīti ca nāmāsyāḥ kṛtavāṃśca pitāmahaḥ | jagāma ca tato brahmā kaśyapena samaṃ divam
பிதாமகர் (பிரம்மா) அவளுக்கு ‘வராங்கி’ என்று பெயரிட்டார். பின்னர் பிரம்மா கஷ்யபருடன் சேர்ந்து ஸ்வர்க்கலோகத்திற்குச் சென்றார்.
