bhāratī tāraliṃgaṃ ca nāma lokatrayāśritam | śaniśca saṃgamāvarte jagannātheti nāma ca

Translation

பாரதி (சரஸ்வதி) தாரைபோன்ற லிங்கத்தை வழிபட்டு அதற்கு ‘லோகத்ரயாஶ்ரிதம்’ எனப் பெயரிட்டாள். சனியும் சங்கமத்தின் ஆவர்த்தத்தில் லிங்கத்தைப் பூஜித்து ‘ஜகந்நாதன்’ என அழைத்தான்.
