दुराचारस्य पापस्य निघृणस्यातिवादिनः । दुष्कुलीनस्य जातोऽसौ तदा जातिस्मरः सुतः
durācārasya pāpasya nighṛṇasyātivādinaḥ | duṣkulīnasya jāto'sau tadā jātismaraḥ sutaḥ
அவன் தீயொழுக்கம் கொண்ட, பாவி, இரக்கமற்ற, கடுஞ்சொல் பேசும், இழிகுலத்தவனின் மகனாகப் பிறந்தான்; ஆயினும் அச்சமயமே அந்தக் குழந்தை ஜாதிஸ்மரன் (முன்பிறவி நினைவுடையவன்) ஆனான்.
