अगस्त्य उवाच । किं चकार हरः स्कंद मंदराद्रिगतस्तदा । विलंबमालंबयति तस्मिन्नपि गजानने
agastya uvāca | kiṃ cakāra haraḥ skaṃda maṃdarādrigatastadā | vilaṃbamālaṃbayati tasminnapi gajānane
அகஸ்தியர் கூறினார்— ஓ ஸ்கந்தா! அப்போது மந்தர மலைக்குச் சென்ற ஹரன் (சிவன்) என்ன செய்தார், அந்தக் கஜானனன் (கணேசன்) இன்னும் தாமதித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கையில்?
