liṃgeṣveko hi viśveśastīrtheṣu maṇikarṇikā | iti saṃvyāharanvyāsastaddvayaṃ bahu manyate

‘லிங்கங்களில் விஸ்வேசர் ஒருவரே; தீர்த்தங்களில் மணிகர்ணிகை’—என்று உரைத்து, வியாசர் அந்த இரண்டையும் மிக உயர்வாக மதிக்கிறார்।
