देव्युवाच । अवश्यं यद्यहं रक्ता तव पादाबुंजद्वये । तथा त्वमेव मे नाथो भविष्यसि भवांतरे
devyuvāca | avaśyaṃ yadyahaṃ raktā tava pādābuṃjadvaye | tathā tvameva me nātho bhaviṣyasi bhavāṃtare
தேவி கூறினாள்—நான் உமது இரு தாமரைத் திருவடிகளில் உறுதியாகப் பற்றுடையவளாயிருந்தால், பிறவியிலும் நீரே என் நாதனாவீர்.
