क्षतात्संत्राणनात्क्षत्रं तत्क्वास्मिन्प्रलयप्रिये । वैश्योपि न भवेदेष सदा निर्धनचेष्टनः
kṣatātsaṃtrāṇanātkṣatraṃ tatkvāsminpralayapriye | vaiśyopi na bhavedeṣa sadā nirdhanaceṣṭanaḥ
காயமுற்றவரை காப்பதாலே ‘க்ஷத்ர’ எனப்படும்—ஆனால் பிரளயத்தை விரும்பும் இவனில் அது எங்கே? இவன் வைசியனும் அல்ல; எப்போதும் வறியவன் போல் நடக்கிறான்.
