स्कंद उवाच । शंकुकर्णे महाकाले चिरंतन विलंबिते । ज्ञात्वा सर्वज्ञनाथोथ प्राहैपीदपरौ गणौ
skaṃda uvāca | śaṃkukarṇe mahākāle ciraṃtana vilaṃbite | jñātvā sarvajñanāthotha prāhaipīdaparau gaṇau
ஸ்கந்தன் கூறினான்—சங்குகர்ணனும் மகாகாலனும் நீண்ட நேரம் தாமதித்தபோது, அனைத்தையும் அறியும் ஆண்டவன் உணர்ந்து அந்த இரு சிறந்த கணங்களை நோக்கி உரைத்தான்।
