idaṃ tīrthaṃ harapāpaṃ saptajanmāghanāśanam | gaṃgāyāṃ militaṃ paścājjanmakoṭikṛtāghaham

Translation

இந்த ஹரபாப தீர்த்தம் ஏழு பிறவிகளின் பாவங்களை அழிக்கிறது; பின்னர் கங்கையில் கலந்தபின் கோடி பிறவிகளில் சேர்த்த பாவங்களையும் முற்றிலும் நீக்குகிறது।
