अथ पत्न्या कलरवः प्रोक्तस्तत्र सुमेधया । वचोवमानितं नाथ त्वया मे स्त्रीति बुद्धितः
atha patnyā kalaravaḥ proktastatra sumedhayā | vacovamānitaṃ nātha tvayā me strīti buddhitaḥ
அப்போது அங்கு புத்திசாலியான அந்த மனைவி தன் கணவனிடம் கூறினாள்: 'நாதனே, இவள் ஒரு பெண் என்று நினைத்து என் வார்த்தைகளை நீங்கள் மதிக்கவில்லை.'
