श्मशानस्तंभमभितो नीयंते कंठपाशिताः । पिपासिता अपि न तेंऽबुस्पर्शमपि चाप्नुयुः
śmaśānastaṃbhamabhito nīyaṃte kaṃṭhapāśitāḥ | pipāsitā api na teṃ'busparśamapi cāpnuyuḥ
சுடுகாட்டு ஸ்தம்பத்தைச் சுற்றி, கழுத்தில் பாசம் கட்டப்பட்டவர்களாய் அவர்கள் இழுத்துச் செல்லப்படுவர். தாகத்தால் வாடினாலும், நீரின் தொடுதல்கூட அவர்களுக்கு கிடையாது.
