स्कंद उवाच । पठित्वा पाठयित्वा च रहस्याख्यानमुत्तमम् । श्रद्धालुः पातकैर्मुक्तः शिवलोके महीयते
skaṃda uvāca | paṭhitvā pāṭhayitvā ca rahasyākhyānamuttamam | śraddhāluḥ pātakairmuktaḥ śivaloke mahīyate
ஸ்கந்தன் கூறினான்—இந்த உயர்ந்த இரகசிய உபதேசத்தைத் தானே வாசித்து, பிறரையும் வாசிக்கச் செய்தால், பக்தியுள்ளவன் பாவங்களிலிருந்து விடுபட்டு சிவலோகத்தில் பெருமைப்படுத்தப்படுவான்।
