धराधरेंद्रस्य धरातिसुंदरा न मां तथास्यापि धिनोति धूर्जटे । धरागतापीह न या ध्रुवंधरा पुरीधुरीणा तव काशिका यथा
dharādhareṃdrasya dharātisuṃdarā na māṃ tathāsyāpi dhinoti dhūrjaṭe | dharāgatāpīha na yā dhruvaṃdharā purīdhurīṇā tava kāśikā yathā
ஓ தூర్జடே! மலைமன்னனின் மிக அழகிய நிலமும் என்னை அத்துணை மகிழ்விக்காது; பூமியில் இருந்தாலும் உன் தலைநகரான, நிலைத்தும் ஒப்பற்றதுமான காசிகா அளிக்கும் இன்பம் போல அல்ல।
