चरेदात्मसहायश्च निरपेक्षो निराश्रयः । नित्यमध्यात्मनिरतो नीचकेश नखो वशी
caredātmasahāyaśca nirapekṣo nirāśrayaḥ | nityamadhyātmanirato nīcakeśa nakho vaśī
அவன் ஆத்மாவையே துணையாகக் கொண்டு வாழ வேண்டும்—எவர்மீதும் சார்பில்லாமல், பிறரிடம் அடைக்கலமின்றி; எப்போதும் ஆத்மவிசாரத்தில் ஈடுபட்டு; முடியும் நகங்களும் குறுக வைத்துக் கொண்டு; தன்னடக்கத்துடன் இருக்க வேண்டும்।
