रजस्वलां न सेवेत नाश्नीयात्सह भार्यया । एकवासा न भुंजीत न भुंजीतोत्कटासने
rajasvalāṃ na seveta nāśnīyātsaha bhāryayā | ekavāsā na bhuṃjīta na bhuṃjītotkaṭāsane
மாதவிடாய் உள்ள பெண்ணுடன் சேர்க்கை கொள்ளக் கூடாது; மனைவியுடன் சேர்ந்து ஒரே நேரத்தில் உணவும் உண்ணக் கூடாது. ஒரே ஆடை மட்டும் அணிந்து உண்ணக் கூடாது; குத்துக்காலிட்டு அமர்ந்து உண்ணவும் கூடாது.
