Transliteration

unnato māṃsaloṃguṣṭho vartulotulabhogadaḥ | vakro hrasvaśca cipiṭaḥ sukhasaubhāgyabhaṃjakaḥ

Translation

உயர்ந்தும் மாம்சலமுமாக வட்டவடிவில் உள்ள பெருவிரல் ஒப்பற்ற இன்பங்களை அளிப்பதாகக் கூறப்படுகிறது. ஆனால் வளைந்தது, குறைந்தது அல்லது தட்டையானது என்றால், அது இன்பமும் நற்பேறும் குலைக்கும் என விளக்கப்படுகிறது.
