कृती संचिनुयाद्धर्मं ततोऽमुत्र सहायिनम् । धर्मं सहायिनं लब्द्ध्वा संतरेद्दुस्तरं तमः
kṛtī saṃcinuyāddharmaṃ tato'mutra sahāyinam | dharmaṃ sahāyinaṃ labddhvā saṃtareddustaraṃ tamaḥ
ஆகையால் அறிவுடையவன் தர்மத்தைச் சேமிக்க வேண்டும்; அது அப்புற உலகில் துணையாகும். தர்மத்தைத் துணைவனாகப் பெற்றவன் கடக்க அரிய இருளைத் தாண்டுகிறான்।
