அவள் குலங்களை வளர்ப்பவள், புண்ணியமூர்த்தி; குணங்களைத் தாண்டியவளாயினும் குணங்களில் முதன்மை. அவள் குகன் (கார்த்திகேயன்) தாய், கிரிசுதை, கோவிந்தன் திருவடிகளில் இருந்து உதித்தவள்.
