गंगां गंतुं विनिश्चित्य कृत्वा श्राद्धादिकं गृहे । स्थितस्य सम्यक्संकल्पात्तस्य नंदंति पूर्वजाः
gaṃgāṃ gaṃtuṃ viniścitya kṛtvā śrāddhādikaṃ gṛhe | sthitasya samyaksaṃkalpāttasya naṃdaṃti pūrvajāḥ
கங்கைக்கு செல்ல உறுதியாகத் தீர்மானித்து, வீட்டில் ஸ்ராத்தாதி கர்மங்களைச் செய்து—அவனுடைய நன்னெறி சங்கல்பம் மட்டுமே பித்ருக்கள் மகிழ்வார்கள்।
