कृतप्रणाममालिंग्य जिघ्रंस्तन्मुखपंकजम् । पुनर्जातमिवामंस्त पश्यंश्चापि मुहुर्मुहुः
kṛtapraṇāmamāliṃgya jighraṃstanmukhapaṃkajam | punarjātamivāmaṃsta paśyaṃścāpi muhurmuhuḥ
குழந்தை வணங்கியதும் அவர் அதை அணைத்து, அதன் தாமரைமுகத்தின் மணத்தை நுகர்ந்தார்; அது மறுபிறவி எடுத்ததுபோல் எண்ணி, மீண்டும் மீண்டும் பார்த்தார்।
