dvairūpyeṇāpi kurvaṃtaṃ sthāvareṇa careṇa ca | sābhikhyena yathārthākhyāmuccairvasu matīmimām

Translation

அவர் இந்த நிலத்தை கண்டார்—அசையாததும் அசையும் உயிர்களும் என இருவகை உருவங்களால் அமைந்ததுபோல்; பெயருக்கேற்றவாறு அது ‘வசுமதி’ எனும் செல்வமிகு பூமியாக ஒளிர்ந்தது।
