स्कन्द उवाच । धर्मारण्यस्य चाख्यानं परमं पावनं तथा । श्रोतुमिच्छामि तत्सर्वं कथयस्व महेश्वर
skanda uvāca | dharmāraṇyasya cākhyānaṃ paramaṃ pāvanaṃ tathā | śrotumicchāmi tatsarvaṃ kathayasva maheśvara
ஸ்கந்தன் கூறினான்—“தர்மாரண்யத்தின் அந்த மிகப் புனிதமான வரலாற்றை முழுவதும் கேட்க விரும்புகிறேன். ஓ மகேஸ்வரா, அனைத்தையும் உரையுங்கள்.”
