दातुः श्राद्धफलं नास्ति भोक्ता किल्बिषभुग्भवेत् । न धारयेदन्यभुक्तं वासश्चोपानहावपि
dātuḥ śrāddhaphalaṃ nāsti bhoktā kilbiṣabhugbhavet | na dhārayedanyabhuktaṃ vāsaścopānahāvapi
அர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்டதை முறையற்ற விதத்தில் உண்டால் தானம் செய்தவரின் சிராத்தப் பலன் கெடும்; உண்பவன் பாவப் பங்காளி ஆவான். பிறர் அணிந்த உடையும், காலணியும் கூட அணியக் கூடாது.
