अनेनैव त्रिशूलेन खट्वांगेनाथवा पुनः । अथ पाशुपतेनैव निहनिष्यामि तं रणे । शीघ्रं वै वदतास्माक मत्रागमनकारणम्
anenaiva triśūlena khaṭvāṃgenāthavā punaḥ | atha pāśupatenaiva nihaniṣyāmi taṃ raṇe | śīghraṃ vai vadatāsmāka matrāgamanakāraṇam
இந்தத் திரிசூலத்தாலோ—அல்லது கட்டுவாங்கத்தாலோ—அல்லது பாசுபத அஸ்திரத்தாலோ நான் அவனைப் போரில் வீழ்த்துவேன். விரைவாக உண்மையைச் சொல்லுங்கள்; நீங்கள் இங்கு வந்த காரணத்தை உரையுங்கள்।
