चातुर्विद्यास्तथा प्रोक्ता अन्योन्यं वृत्तिमाश्रिताः । सत्रिभागास्तु त्रैविद्याश्चतुर्भागास्तु चात्रिणः
cāturvidyāstathā proktā anyonyaṃ vṛttimāśritāḥ | satribhāgāstu traividyāścaturbhāgāstu cātriṇaḥ
“இவ்வாறு சாத்துர்வித்யர்கள் கூறப்பட்டனர்; அவர்கள் ஒருவரின் வாழ்வாதாரத்திற்கு ஒருவர் சார்ந்திருந்தனர். த்ரைவித்யர்களுக்கு மூன்று பங்கு; சாத்திரிணர்களுக்கு நான்கு பங்கு.”
