ब्रह्मोवाच । शृणु पुत्र प्रवक्ष्यामि रहस्यं परमं मतम् । एते ब्रह्मविदः प्रोक्ताश्चातुर्विद्या महा द्विजाः
brahmovāca | śṛṇu putra pravakṣyāmi rahasyaṃ paramaṃ matam | ete brahmavidaḥ proktāścāturvidyā mahā dvijāḥ
பிரம்மா கூறினார்—மகனே, கேள்; நான் பரம ரகசியமான உயர்ந்த உபதேசத்தை உரைக்கிறேன். இவர்கள் பிரம்மஞானிகள்; நான்கு வித்யைகளிலும் தேர்ந்த மகாத்விஜர்கள் எனப் புகழப்படுகின்றனர்।
