tataḥ saṃpūjya tatsarvāngaṃdhatāṃbūlakuṃkumaiḥ | śāṃtipāṭhaṃ paṭhaṃtaste hṛṣṭā nijagṛhānyayuḥ

பின்னர் நறுமணம், தாம்பூலம், குங்குமம் ஆகியவற்றால் அனைவரையும் முறையாகச் சிறப்பித்து, சாந்தி-பாடம் ஓதிக்கொண்டே மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் தத்தம் இல்லங்களுக்குச் சென்றனர்।
