स्थित्वा त्रिरात्रं ते विप्रा गमने कृतबुद्धयः । रात्रौ हनुमतोऽग्रे त इदमूचुः सुभक्तितः
sthitvā trirātraṃ te viprā gamane kṛtabuddhayaḥ | rātrau hanumato'gre ta idamūcuḥ subhaktitaḥ
மூன்று இரவுகள் தங்கி அந்தப் பிராமணர்கள் புறப்படத் தீர்மானித்தனர். பின்னர் இரவில் ஹனுமானின் முன்னிலையில் நின்று, ஆழ்ந்த பக்தியுடன் இவ்வார்த்தைகளைச் சொன்னார்கள்.
