पादोद्भूतं पयः पीत्वा सर्वपापं प्रणश्यति । वेदवत्यां नरो यस्तु स्नाति सूर्योदये शुभे
pādodbhūtaṃ payaḥ pītvā sarvapāpaṃ praṇaśyati | vedavatyāṃ naro yastu snāti sūryodaye śubhe
பாதம் கழுவியதிலிருந்து உண்டாகும் சரணாமிர்தத்தை அருந்தினால் எல்லாப் பாவமும் அழியும். மேலும், நல்விடியற்கால சூரியோதயத்தில் வேதவதீயில் நீராடும் மனிதனும் தூய்மையடைவான்.
