विष्णुतीर्थे हिरण्यं च पितॄणां मोक्षमिच्छुकः । विनाक्षतैर्विना दर्भैर्विना चासनमेव च । वारिमात्राल्लोहयष्ट्यां गयाश्राद्धफलं लभेत्
viṣṇutīrthe hiraṇyaṃ ca pitṝṇāṃ mokṣamicchukaḥ | vinākṣatairvinā darbhairvinā cāsanameva ca | vārimātrāllohayaṣṭyāṃ gayāśrāddhaphalaṃ labhet
பித்ருக்களின் மோட்சத்தை விரும்புவோர் விஷ்ணு-தீர்த்தத்தில் பொன் தானம் செய்ய வேண்டும். லோஹயஷ்டியில் வெறும் நீர்மாத்திரத்தாலே—அக்ஷதை, தர்பை, ஆசனம் இன்றியும்—கயா-ஸ்ராத்தத்தின் பலன் கிடைக்கும்.
