पितरो नरकाद्वापि सुपुण्येन सुमेधसा । गोप्रदानं प्रशंसंति तस्मिंस्तीर्थे मुनीश्वराः
pitaro narakādvāpi supuṇyena sumedhasā | gopradānaṃ praśaṃsaṃti tasmiṃstīrthe munīśvarāḥ
சுமேதாவானின் பெரும் புண்ணியத்தால் பித்ருக்கள் நரகத்திலிருந்தும் (உயர்ந்து) அந்தத் தீர்த்தத்தில் கோதானத்தைப் புகழ்கிறார்கள்; முனீஸ்வரர்களும் அந்த தானத்தைப் போற்றுகின்றனர்।
