उद्धृताः पितरस्तैस्तु यावच्चंद्रार्क्कमेदिनि । द्वापरे च युगे भूत्वा व्यासेनोक्तं महात्मना
uddhṛtāḥ pitarastaistu yāvaccaṃdrārkkamedini | dvāpare ca yuge bhūtvā vyāsenoktaṃ mahātmanā
அவர்களால் அவர்களின் பித்ருக்கள் சந்திரன்–சூரியன் பூமியில் நிலைத்திருக்கும் வரையில் உயர்த்தப்படுவர். த்வாபர யுகத்தில் வெளிப்பட்ட மகாத்மா வ்யாசர் இதனை உரைத்தார்.
