सूत उवाच । एवमुक्त्वा विधेः पुत्रस्तत्रैवांतरधीयत । तस्मिन्गते स नृपतिः क्रीडते सचिवैः सह
sūta uvāca | evamuktvā vidheḥ putrastatraivāṃtaradhīyata | tasmingate sa nṛpatiḥ krīḍate sacivaiḥ saha
சூதர் கூறினார்—இவ்வாறு சொல்லி விதாதாவின் புதல்வன் அங்கேயே மறைந்தான். அவன் சென்றபின் அந்த அரசன் தன் அமைச்சர்களுடன் விளையாட்டிலும் பொழுதுபோக்கிலும் ஈடுபட்டான்.
