அரசன் உன்னத பக்தியுடன் சோமநாதரை வழிபட்டான். பின்னர் ஜ்வலிக்கும் ஜாதவேதஸ் (அக்னி) சுற்றி மூன்று முறை பிரதட்சிணம் செய்தான்.
