धूर्वहास्तत्र दातव्या भूमिः सस्यवती नृप । चित्रभानुं शुभैर्मन्त्रैः प्रीणयेत्तत्र भक्तितः
dhūrvahāstatra dātavyā bhūmiḥ sasyavatī nṛpa | citrabhānuṃ śubhairmantraiḥ prīṇayettatra bhaktitaḥ
அரசே, அங்கே வழிபாட்டிற்கு உரிய தானங்கள் (தூர்வஹா முதலியவை) அளிக்க வேண்டும்; மேலும் பயிர் வளம் கொண்ட உழவுக்குத் தகுந்த நிலத்தையும் தானமாக வழங்க வேண்டும். அங்கே பக்தியுடன் மங்கள மந்திரங்களால் சித்ரபானுவை மகிழ்விக்க வேண்டும்।
