शङ्खचूडः स्वयं तत्र संस्थितः पाण्डुनन्दन । वैनतेयभयात्पार्थ सुखदनर्मदातटे
śaṅkhacūḍaḥ svayaṃ tatra saṃsthitaḥ pāṇḍunandana | vainateyabhayātpārtha sukhadanarmadātaṭe
ஓ பாண்டுநந்தனனே, ஓ பார்த்தா! வைநதேயன் (கருடன்) என்ற அச்சத்தால் சங்கசூடன் தானே அங்கே, இன்பமளிக்கும் நர்மதைக் கரையில் தங்கினான்।
