आयुधानि ततस्त्यक्त्वा बाहुयुद्धमुपस्थितौ । करं करेण संगृह्य प्रहरन्तौ स्वमुष्टिभिः । रणप्रयोगैर्युध्यन्तौ युयुधाते शिवान्धकौ
āyudhāni tatastyaktvā bāhuyuddhamupasthitau | karaṃ kareṇa saṃgṛhya praharantau svamuṣṭibhiḥ | raṇaprayogairyudhyantau yuyudhāte śivāndhakau
பின்னர் அவர்கள் ஆயுதங்களை விட்டு, கைமல்லுக்குத் தாவினர். கை கைப்பிடித்து, தம் முட்டிகளால் தாக்கி, போர்நுட்பங்களைப் பயன்படுத்தி சிவனும் அந்தகனும் தொடர்ந்து போரிட்டனர்।
