निष्पन्दनयना मर्त्याश्चित्रेष्वालिखिता इव । देवायतनगा देवा रटन्ति प्रहसन्ति च । स्वप्ने पश्यन्ति चात्मानं रक्ताम्बरविभूषितम्
niṣpandanayanā martyāścitreṣvālikhitā iva | devāyatanagā devā raṭanti prahasanti ca | svapne paśyanti cātmānaṃ raktāmbaravibhūṣitam
மனிதர்கள் கண் இமைக்காமல் ஓவியத்தில் வரையப்பட்ட உருவங்களைப் போல அசையாமல் நின்றனர். கோயில்களில் உள்ள தேவர்களும் அலறி, விசித்திரமாகச் சிரித்தனர்; மேலும் கனவில் மக்கள் தங்களைச் செந்நிற ஆடைகளால் அலங்கரிக்கப்பட்டவர்களாகக் கண்டனர்।
