तत्पुष्पमकरन्दस्य रसास्वादविदुत्तमः । भ्रमरः खलु मार्कण्डो मुनिर्मतिमतां वरः
tatpuṣpamakarandasya rasāsvādaviduttamaḥ | bhramaraḥ khalu mārkaṇḍo munirmatimatāṃ varaḥ
அத்தீர்த்தமெனும் மலர்களின் மகரந்த ரசத்தைச் சுவைப்பதில் மிகச் சிறந்தவர்; அறிவுடைய முனிவர்களில் முதன்மையான மார்கண்டேயர் உண்மையில் வண்டுபோலார்.
